The Group / Present

The Group "La Redención Sofro" is the result of the alliance between, companies of investing, production and agricultural services: El TATI SA, La REDENCIÓN SA and SOFRO SA. Each of these entities keeps their individuality but are united under a common view, a corporate mission and a common work planning.

Through Shared Management the Group achieves the goals previously established, corrects deviations, makes appropriate decisions that generated changes and also obtains essential information that provides critical feedback to the process year after year. This Shared Management also allowed the Group to face the risks with efficient production and to start going through stages of true growth as well.

At the moment, we are working mainly under the modality of leased land contracts in an extension selected strategically in the center and north area of the country. These leased lands are situated in Córdoba, Santa Fé, Santiago del Estero and Chaco and they are the basis and support for soybean, corn and wheat production.

The solid relationship with landowners creates new opportunities every year. Our style of working based on clear sustainability and soil conservation - that is to say maintenance of land value as capital – give us new opportunities of business year after year, reason why, the Group as a policy, does not formalize lease contracts in terms which are less than 3 years, with irrefutable commitment from both parts which lays beyond signed papers.

Word value and responsible work are unalterable for the Group, and this is reflected in efficient results and long lasting relationships. Straight dialogue with people and a permanent desire to strengthen interpersonal relationship with clients, distinguishes the Group “ La Redención Sofro ” within the agricultural sector.

New cattle breeding projects are being carried out in specific areas. This activity will soon grow and be constituted inside the Group as a true integrated agrarian exploitation.

The main offices operate at “ La Redención ”. These offices are provided of all the technological advances and comfort needed to administrate.

Strong and direct relationships with input suppliers that are leaders in quality and service, allows the Group to innovate ways of working, where the benefit and the risk of hard work, are a permanent shared challenge.
